Run in collaboration with Bluestreak Arts and Alison, SYNC was a Media Arts Network event where all those involved in media creation in the region were invited to showcase their work and network with like minded people and others in the industry; full-time or freelance, professional or student, affiliated or independent.

At each Sync event a special guest or company representative was invited to show and discuss their work and an ‘Open Mic Slot’ at the beginning of each event gave local media arts makers a chance to share their work with their peers, and give a Q & A session afterwards.

The events were characterised by a wealth of impressive up-and-coming talent and a series of lively and impassioned debates on the arts and media scene in Preston. SYNC fostered a real sense of community within the myriad disciplines represented by those in attendance.
